What are your access hours?
Our gate hours are 7am - 7pm 7 days a week, except holidays.

What are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday thru Saturday from 8:30am to 5pm and on Sunday from 11am to 3pm. Office and facility will be closed on all major holidays.

What type of deposits/fees do you charge?
We do not charge a deposit fee, but we do charge a small administration fee.

How long is the lease? Do I have to sign a 6 month or 1 year lease?
At Wisechoice Self Storage you rent by the month and pay only for the months you need the space. You are not locked into any complicated lease.

What type of security does Wisechoice Storage provide?
We have Resident Managers living on-site. We also have video cameras recording 24 hours a day. On top of that we have perimeter alarms through out the facility. Computer gate access, which is limited to current tenants only.

Why won't the gate open?
Make certain you enter the "#" key after you enter your security code. If you continue to have problems, it could be an issue with the gate, contact the manager. You may have been denied gate access if your account is past due.

Do you have car/boat/RV storage?
We do not offer outside parking spaces for automobiles, trucks, boats, and RVs. Some RVs and boats can also be stored in indoor storage spaces.

What are my payment options?
In our office you can pay by credit card, cash, or check. Other options are at the facility's drop box or credit card over the phone. We also can set up an automatic payment plan that debits your credit card on your due date.

Do you offer after hours access?
No! we do not offer after hours access

Does Wisechoice Self Storage pay referral fees?
We will give you $25.00 rental credit per referral, with no limit to rental credits.

What items cannot be stored?
You cannot store any hazardous, toxic, or illegal items. Also, no food or perishable items can be stored in our spaces. If in doubt of what can be stored, please ask the property manager. Examples of items that cannot be stored are: Ammunitions, gasoline, paint, paint thinner, propane, food, produce, plants, fireworks, etc.
